ClearTweak is a useful little program, even more so because it is Freeware. Very simple to install and configure. It further enhances the clarity of your screen when you are using ClearType by adjusting the contrast to your liking. The lower the number on the slide bar, the sharper the look of your screen.
I suggest that you also open Tools/Options and put a tick in both boxes, to have it start when Windows starts and minimise it to the tray.

Try it, if you don't like it, use the uninstall option. I think you will find it good to have on your machine.
