If you don't know how to put a picture/photo into the body of an email, here's how to do it.
At the point in your email where you want the picture or photo to be, click on "Insert" at the top of the screen. Choose "Picture" and then in the next box, click on "Browse".
It's better if you know exactly where the file is stored because you go straight to it. (See "My Documents").
If all you see are file names and you are not certain which one it is in the folder, click on View and choose Thumbnails, and then you can be sure of inserting the right one. Click on the one you want and then click on OK in the following window.
Now your picture/photo appears in your email.
If the photo is too big and you want to resize it, just click on it, and in each corner and in the centre on both sides is a small box. I normally click on the bottom right-hand one and move the cursor diagonally upwards. This maintains the perspective of the photo. It doesn't change the size of the file, just the viewing area in the email.
File attachments are pretty much the same, but the only difference is that you don't see it in the body of the email. It shows under the Subject Line of your email.
To attach a file, click on Attach at the top, and just look for the file you want and attach it.
